CRITICAL THINKING

a. What do you do to keep yourself fit? What food do you avoid and why?

Answer:

Physical fitness is a great asset to human beings. Everybody in this world prefers to live a sound and active life. They want to enjoy their lives away from diseases. However, people in the world seem quite backward in the matter of achieving a sound and active life because of their busy schedules.

In my case, I believe in living a fit life. Apart from my busy schedule, I always try to manage my time, especially for my health. I believe in the famous saying, "Health is wealth." If we are physically fit, we can make anything possible in this world. We need not pursue our happiness by being fit. Happiness pursues us at every step of our lives. To keep myself fit, I always get up early in the morning and spend my morning time doing different activities such as yoga, brisk walking, and light physical exercises. I always walk 5 km in the morning. These activities have helped me live a sound and intellectually fit life. Due to my morning activities, I feel quite relaxed during my day of work.

I take care of my diet too. I keep on drinking the right amount of water according to the requirements of my body.

I believe in taking meals that are rich in nutritious items. I always try to keep myself away from unhealthy food items, such as fatty junk foods. Although junk food items have high satisfaction values and are preferred by most people in the world, I'm quite conscious of their hazards to human beings' health. I never eat much. My eating habit is very limited. I only take those healthy foodstuffs that I believe are beneficial for my health.
